Norwegian Salmon with Pasta

Ingredients 4 people
- 500g Norwegian Salmon
- 600g pasta
- 100g chopped onion
-150g cheddar or gouda grated cheese 
- 50g chopped olive
- chopped tomato
- 4 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- asparagus, basil, pennyroyal leaf q.s.
- milled pepper q.s.
- sea salt q.s.




Procedure
Season the Norwegian Salmon with salt and milled pepper and seal in a hot pan with a little water. Then cook pasta. Aside prepare a mixture with olive oil, onion, garlic, asparagus and chopped  tomato then add the pasta and gently mix everything. Add Norwegian Salmon,cheddar or gouda grated cheese and olives to the pasta. Serve the pasta in deep dish and season withbasil and pennyroyal leaves.
