Especial Norwegian Salmon Fillet

Ingredients 4 people

- 600g Norwegian Salmon Fillet
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp (tablespoon) olive
- chervil leaf
- milled pepper and 1capsicum
- sea salt q.s.
- saffron
- 2 tbsp (tablespoon)  fresh lemon juice



Procedure
Put onion, garlic, olive, chervil, pepper, sea salt, saffron and fresh lemon juice in the food processor and mix them. Then add salmon to them and combine together. Put it in the refrigerator a few hours. Heat the oven to 175 degrees for a few minutes and then put salmon into it for 20 minutes.
